Marcus has unique global experience and has been living in different places around the world such Brazil, Russia, Thailand, Singapore and Netherlands. Marcus has unique passion about market and corporate strategies to drive topline growth. His problem-solve approach involves choice-architecture, behavior economics, shopper insights, segmentation, analytics, discrete modeling and channel strategy.

Marcus holds two M.B.A., one from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and another one from Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO with exchange program of innovation at MIT Sloan. Also he holds a B.S. in Economics from Brazil Federal University UFES.
